Yes! The cards function the same as your plastic card.
Please note that the contactless payment feature is not available on the metal cards. Nevertheless, you can still use this feature on your phone.

Once your card arrives at our office, we start working on it immediatly and ship it back within two business days.

No, it's a complete new metal card which replaces your old plastic card.

Yes, it is essential for the process to send your card. We move the EMV chip and the information on the magnetstrip from your old card to your new metal card.

Yes! We handle the customers cards with utmost care and DO NOT safe any information. We recommend to temporarily freeze/block your card before shipping it

Yes! You can design your own card and upload any design on the Design Your Own page. For more insparation visit our Instagram and Tiktok or shoot us a DM and we'll help you out. It is the customers responsibility to upload designs without copyright.

You can design your own custom card on the Design Your Own page. You can upload any design you like and leave a description as well.

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw your placed order(s). However, we want to explicitly point out that any customisable products or services are excluded from the right of withdrawal, and therefore cannot be returned or refunded. Please note that if there is an error in the details of your order, you can contact us through info@metacard.nl, and we will do our best to rectify the issue. However, if the customization process has already begun or is completed, a fee may apply if you still wish to modify the design.
